Conscious Living: Harnessing the Value of Your Energy for Greater Success

Hard work does not necessarily equate to success as much as we might hope it would. The universe doesn't actually owe us anything because of how hard we’ve worked.

We have to pair our energy investment with deep intention and consciousness. We need to be aware of what we're doing, how much we're doing, why we're doing it, how we're doing and when we're doing it.

This awareness cultivates intelligence around the practice of doing, which is required if we want to advance our efforts on this planet. To understand more about the nature of your actions, you need daily time to stop, rest, and consider what is unfolding for you, from you, and around you. This is where meditation and mindfulness come in.

Meditation and mindfulness are not just about stilling oneself. They can be used to very efficiently calm and redirect one's energy into clearer energy investments that don't exhaust us and help us excel. When used as a process of self-inquiry, mindfulness and meditation can expand one's perspective and dissolve one's personal limiting belief systems.

Rising above the belief systems and mental constructs that restrict us in life is transcending the ego mind. Only when you can transcend the ego mind into a state of broader consciousness can you have a healthy relationship with your ego and encourage its evolution, which ultimately means reaching your highest potential in this life.

It can be a simple practice — stop, find stillness, breathe deeply and then resume thought from that place of stillness. It’s from here that you can choose to invest your energy more wisely into things that make you feel productive, divine, stronger, clearer, keep you going and help you achieve what your soul desires.

With love,

Charlotte
