Born To Feel

Every single one of us is born with a sensory system wired for experiencing full feeling and exquisite pleasure. Yet from childhood, limitations are placed upon us by culture, religion, society and family that restrict or even forbid expression of feelings and sensuality. As we grow into adulthood, these limitations suppress our true and free nature and create anxiety, depression, numbness, hidden fixations and fetishes and in worst cases, heavy psychopathies with disturbing consequences.

As we mature and start to take on full responsibility for ourselves, we can break free of limitations, explore other ways of being and change our lives for the better. Some may only get so far because they lack courage, fear the unknown and remain in small-minded prejudice. Or perhaps layers of responsibility and stress hinder clearer perception and the way forward. Moving forward with growth into freedom, however, is crucial if we want to step into our divine birthright to full, ecstatic feeling and genius creativity within a sovereign body and soul. For life to thrive in bliss, it depends upon us being in deep connection with our bodies and our existence and the dance between our freedom and structure.

As we become more connected to our emotions, physical body and senses and how they affect our every day experience of life we are gifted with sensations, pleasure and exuberance from deep within. Emotional and sensual freedom transform the experience we have inside of our bodies from one that may normally feel lacklustre, numb or painful into one that is viscerally vital and powerful, cathartic and ecstatic.
