Our retreat will take place on Irakleia, a small island in the Cyclades of Greece. According to Greek mythology, Irakleia was named after the hero Heracles (Hercules), who, during one of his legendary labours, passed through the island, leaving behind a legacy that still echoes in its name. Nestled between Naxos and Ios, this untouched gem is part of the Cyclades archipelago.
Irakleia is a tranquil haven, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters and unspoilt landscapes. It boasts scenic hiking paths, secluded coves and ancient ruins that whisper the island’s rich history. One of its highlights is the Cave of Agios Ioannis, one of the largest caves in the Cyclades, a place of myth and wonder. With its serene atmosphere and untouched natural beauty, Irakleia is a sanctuary for those seeking solitude and a deep connection with nature.

Your journey to Irakleia begins with a flight to Athens, followed by a direct ferry to Irakleia or a connecting flight to nearby island Naxos, then a ferry to Irakleia.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your accommodation. Free transfers to and from the port and your accommodation are included. Additionally, we provide complimentary transfers to all locations across the island, ensuring you can explore without any hassle.
(Note: your travel fares to get to Irakleia are not included in the retreat price.)

5:00PM to 9:00PM — Tantra Calm Yoga, Dinner, Evening Meditation

In the evenings, we’ll dine out together, exploring the flavours of the local cuisine.

Is travelling to the Greek Islands safe?
Travelling to the Greek Islands is generally very safe and the islands are known for their welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. This retreat is designed to be a safe and nurturing space for all women, including solo travellers.
How do I get there?
Coming from abroad, you will need a flight to Athens. From there, you can take a direct ferry from Piraeus Port to Irakleia or opt for a connecting flight from Athens to Naxos, followed by a ferry to Iraklia. Look into Ferry Scanner and Skyscanner to find suitable options.
Can you arrange an airport transfer? How far is it from the airport?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange airport transfers, as Irakleia does not have an airport. However, we have included a free transfer from Irakleia’s port to the retreat.
What is the average age range?
We welcome all ages above 18 to this retreat and suggest, as it is a retreat involving daily yoga, that you are physically apt to practice and honour your body's needs.How many people will be on the retreat?
We can host up to 12 individuals for this retreat.If I book a shared room, who will be my roommates?
When booking a shared room, you'll be paired with one other guest. If you have any specific preferences or requirements, please inform us and we'll aim to accommodate.
Is a shorter or longer stay possible?
Unfortunately not at this retreat. However, it’s possible other accommodation on the island will be available around your retreat dates, especially booking in advance.

Charlotte is a passionate and creative spirit who leads a life with a focus on bringing richness and depth to every aspect of it. She utilises the beautiful and potent practices of Modern Tantra to support her in doing so.
As a highly skilled Tantra Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, artist, vocalist and business owner, Charlotte has been developing her creative offering over the years so that it may truly nourish others' body, mind and soul in wholesome and wonderful ways.
She is trained and certified in Tantra, Yoga, Massage Therapy and Theta Healing. She provides sessions and workshops in Tantric practice within her business, White Dakini. She looks forward to meeting you and sharing the Tantric Arts with you to strengthen your connection to self and love, deepen your empowerment through embodiment and awaken your bliss!

Embracing her adventurous spirit, she left a high-paying career in data software to follow the whispers of her heart, embarking on a life-changing odyssey through Kenya, Colombia, and Indonesia. Enamoured by the rich diversity of nature and cultures she has explored on this precious planet, Audrey deeply feels the interconnectedness of all things.
In Indonesia, she completed an intensive Breathwork Therapy Facilitator Training, equipping her to guide others in navigating stress and anxiety in our fast-paced world. Her expertise includes Trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork, Hands-On Bodywork, Internal Family Systems therapy and Embodied Sound Therapy.
With a lifelong commitment to holistic well-being on physical, mental, and spiritual levels, Audrey brings a grounding and joyful energy that inspires others to embody their most authentic selves.
